Remarks
Seconds are required, and an offset, a trailing Z or a date that doesn't exist, such as
2026-02-30, is rejected. Each field takes two digits, which the type can't check, so pad what
you build at runtime and cast it with as LocalDateTime. Request validation checks the rest.
