    Type Alias GeopoliticalView

    GeopoliticalView: typeof geopoliticalViews[number]

    The perspective disputed territories are shown and returned from.

    It decides the borders, the territory and sea names the map draws, and the country a disputed place belongs to in search and reverse geocoding results.

    • Unified: The international view.
    • A country code: That country's perspective. AE is the Arabic view, shared by Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
    • Unset: Each TomTom API picks the default view for the country the request comes from. From India, the APIs serve only the IN view.

    Not every API serves every view. A view an API does not serve is left out of that request, so the API falls back to its default for the caller's country:
