Place names, addresses and other textual content in service responses.
Language lists every language the map labels carry. A service that lacks one answers in local names,
as the places services do for hi-IN and ja-JP. Text a service writes itself, such as route
instructions, POI category names and traffic incident descriptions, comes in the nearest language it has,
or in English.
It covers locales with region-specific variants, such as en-US and en-GB. Special codes
such as ngt (Neutral Ground Truth) and ngt-Latn give language-neutral or Latin script alternatives.
