MapLibre resolves symbol collisions from the topmost layer down, so the layer underneath is the one that gives way.
belowMapLabels - The signs give way to everything, the base map's own labels included. A sign
never lands on a street or place name, at the cost of showing fewer in a city. That cost is
small under along placement, where the dropped sign is posted again further down the stretch.belowRouteIcons - The signs give way to every icon the route draws, section icons included,
since each says something the road cannot. They take precedence over the base map's labels.aboveRouteIcons - The signs give way to nothing, for a map whose subject is the limits.
