Type Alias Language

Language: typeof languages[number]

A language code for map display and service responses.

It sets the language of:

Map labels and text on vector tiles.
Place names, addresses and other textual content in service responses.

It covers locales with region-specific variants, such as en-US and en-GB. Special codes such as ngt (Neutral Ground Truth) and ngt-Latn give language-neutral or Latin script alternatives.
