Charging preferences are what select the charging-stops endpoint, so chargingStopsStrategy —
which no other endpoint accepts — requires this shape rather than plain
ElectricVehicleParams.
A predefined model.variantId is bound to the same endpoint, but the rule cannot ride on the
vehicle type: calculateReachableRange takes the same vehicle and accepts a variant on its own.
calculateRoute validates that pairing instead.
