arrow — the plugin's own arrow, recoloured with the SDK's SVG icon options. Its fill defaults
to the SDK's default route outline colour, not a theme's accent, and its outline to white.
custom — yours: a URL, raw SVG markup, a data URI or a loaded <img>, as for any SDK custom
image. A URL on another origin needs CORS, since the image becomes a WebGL texture.
