ToolEntryBuilder: (options: ToolBuildOptions) => ToolEntry<S>

A builder that produces a ToolEntry from ToolBuildOptions. Use this when a tool's metadata, schema, or executor depends on options resolved at agent-creation time (e.g. feature flags).
